Once added to the plan, your users will receive an email that will upgrade their existing account and connect their account to your Team's plan. This will upgrade their account from a freemium to an enterprise plan.

If a user already has an active VIP or VIP+ subscription which they have paid for, please contact your sales representative for assistance with this matter.
